The Jack Frost 5-Hour will continue.  We will return to SATURDAY next year. We are adding many new offerings in 2003.  Some of the already established perks include:

* $1,500 in CASH and prizes.  Overall and age-group winners will receive cash and/or prizes.  AND we will offer a SPECIAL overall age-graded $CASH$ prize for both men and women

* Long Sleeved MOCK TURTLENECK event TEE to the first 100 to register. Otherwise the event tee will be available for purchase.

* Custom hand made ceramic medallions to all finishers.

* On course photographer will have photos available at the event finish.

* Post event luncheon with food, beer, massage and more!

Competitions:

The event includes both individual and team competitions.  The individual or "Solo" consists of a single person running as many laps as possible in the 5-hour time period.  Entrants may stop in transition, and start again if they wish.  This can only be done from the "transition area".  The team competition will have two people alternating laps.  Divisions will be all male, all female, and mixed.  Awards are given in both competitions.  Solo awards are given to overall and age divisions.
